Step back once in a while!!!

If we don’t know how to step back, how can we ever hope to strive successfully forward? Every car, no matter how fast and powerful, has to have a reverse gear. Every great leader, no matter how commanding and authoritative they may be, must occasionally acknowledge the possibility that they could have been wrong about something. So once in a while take the opportunity to undo something that we would once have considered done and dusted.
